It is not just the companies which are launching iphone app. But the Govt organizations as well. The White House & US army have launched the iphone app. This shows the growing importance of Mobile App store. Currently Apple’s iphone app store, Blackberry’s & Google’s Android app store are the major ones. Apple has a major share of the Mobile App market & US Army/White House have made major move releasing the app for the iphones. Whitehouse app gives info on blogs, videos, pics & live streaming of the presidents address. US Army’s app gives info on the army, vehicles used & pretty much a decent information. Both are free apps & iphone being the top smartphone in the US market.
